I was actually wondering if the whole 'Up Simba' McCain piece would reappear in some form as a result of recent events and it looks like it will. I say looks like because I have not had 100% confirmation that it is 'Up Simba', but the title and page count (including the foreword) suggest it most likely is.

 

On the 1st of June 2008 Back Bay Books will publish the paperback, McCain's Promise: Aboard the Straight Talk Express with John McCain and a Whole Bunch of Actual Reporters, Thinking About Hope. It includes a foreword from Jacob Weisberg, and runs to 144 pages. It is available for pre-order at amazon now.
